3/8' seams are given.

Head size 22'. Measure your head with a cloth dressmaker’s tape about ” above your eyebrows where the hat will rest. If you are without a tape measure, use a piece of string and measure it against a yard stick. Err on the larger size if your measurement is not exact. See diagram.
